Q. Can I start my book on one computer and then finish it on another?

No, not at this time.

Q. Can I switch from Photo Books and Photo Albums in the middle of an order?

Yes you can. Select “Edit” and “Change Book” in the drop down menu selection. You may lose the image on the cover page if you have selected a Photographic Album with a window cover previously. Also there is a different maximum size for each, thus if you have exceeded the number of pages allowable in the new version you may not be allowed to change unless you edit the number of pages first.

Q. What is the difference between Photo Books and Photo Albums?

Photo Books are printed on archival bond paper and Photo Albums are printed on high quality photo paper. 

Q. How long do I have to wait to get my Photo Book?

Your Photo Book may take up to a one or two days to complete. You will receive notification by email when the book is ready to pickup at the store you selected or when the book has been shipped.

Q. How do I add more pages to my Photo Book?

Click “Insert” from your menu at the top of the Software, then click “Add Page”

Q. How do I enter text?

Click “Insert” “New Caption” from the menu at top, or click the A+ (Add Edit Caption) button on your control bar. Click and drag the caption area out on your page or image and click inside the caption area and start typing. The size and text format should be selected to best suit and fit the caption in the space provided. Ensure all text fits within the caption space provided. If not click and drag the caption box to include all text.
All on line order need to do payment by credit card.

Q. Can I have the Photo Book shipped to me

Yes, simply choose the Ship To Home option.

Q. Is the software compatible with Mac?

Yes, There are Mac version available

Q. How do I use images from my Apple iPhoto library?

iPhoto has an Export function to help export images out of the library into a folder that can be accessed by other applications. First, select the images you would like to use in iPhoto, then Click on File… > Export and follow the prompts to select the size and output folder location.

Q. What types of images should I use?

For best results, we recommend the use of full resolution 8-bit JPEG files in the sRGB colourspace.

Q. When I open up a photobook I previously created, the images are gone

If the original full-size images have been moved or are on a removable CD or USB drive that has since been removed the software may not be able to find the images the next time you open the file. To correct this problem, please return the images to their original location. The pre-flight preview window may be able to help you determine the original location of the missing files. If you cannot return the project or images to their original state you may have to clear the affected pages and re-insert the images.

Q. How do your calendars compare to one that I might buy in a store?

The calendar is printed on an card stock for durability, punched and then bound. It is similar in quality to many calendars that you might purchase in a store except that each product is customized by you (text, images, special notes).

Q. What can be the software customized on each product?

We offer the highest level of customization in the marketplace today. With our free software, each product is fully customizable including images within dates, collages, faded images as a background and much more.

Q. Are there limitation to what types of images I can use on my products?

We will not print materials that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law. Or that promotes racism, hatred, bigotry, or harm against any group or person. We reserve the full right to refuse to print at our sole discretion, for any output.

Q. What can I do to make my product look it's best?

The product that look the best are those using high quality sharp clean images. The software will warn you of images that are below our recommended 150DPI. Try to use images with 300 DPI or more. Familiar with the software, change stock background with your own picture.

Q. Do I need to resize the image (if they are larger then 300DPI)?

NO. The software will resize the images to fit 300DPI before creating the PDF file and sending to print.

Q. The preview for my calendar looks out of order...why is that?

Certain calendar types (the center fold calendars) require double sided printing. In order to maintain the correct format for the printing, cutting, and binding of the calendar, thus the pages may appear to be out of order. There are not. The purpose of this preview is for you to look at the calendar to determine if it’s OK: spelling, text in place, right images selected, layout etc.

Q. Can I start my calendar on a different month?

To start your calendar on any month or year, start your calendar and choose that start period or if you've already started your calendar go to the personalize menu and choose "Calendar and Holidays"
